The Ridgemont NASP (Bylaw 32-24) was adopted by Council on November 25, 2024. The Phase 1 Land Use Amendment (Bylaw 33-34) received second reading by Council on November 25, 2024, and will proceed to third reading following the assignment of water under the Town’s Water Allocation Policy.

The Ridgemont neighbourhood is located in northern Okotoks, immediately south of 338 Ave E and east of 32 St E.

The Ridgemont NASP is a statutory plan that will guide the development of approximately 160 acres (65 hectares) of land.
