NASP Submission

The Ridgemont Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) has been submitted to the Town of Okotoks. The Town will complete a technical review, circulate the draft plan to internal departments, external stakeholders, and formally notify adjacent landowners of the submission. The draft NASP is available for review here. A second engagement event sharing updates to the NASP based on feedback received will be held in the spring.

The Project
Lamont Land is pursuing the development and approval of a NASP for the proposed community of Ridgemont, located in northern Okotoks.
Proposed plan
The proposed Ridgemont NASP is a statutory plan that will guide the development of approximately 160 acres (65 hectares) of land upon approval by the Town of Okotoks.
