An updated draft of the Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) was submitted to the Town of Okotoks on June 13, 2024. The Town administration will complete a final review before proceeding to the Council approvals process.

The Project
Lamont Land is pursuing the development and approval of a NASP for the proposed community of Ridgemont, located in northern Okotoks.
Proposed plan
The proposed Ridgemont NASP is a statutory plan that will guide the development of approximately 160 acres (65 hectares) of land upon approval by the Town of Okotoks.
